This vase has colors going from dark grey /brown to beautiful yellow. It looks like an Under-Water-Scene
John Orwar Lake (1921-2007) was chief designer at Ekenas from 1953 - 1976, and was an influential designer and teacher (among his most notable students was Whitefriar's Geoffrey Baxter) Ekenas was founded in 1917 by former workers from Orrefors. The factory has had several noteable glassblowers amongst its staff including Micahel Bang the 1960s (more famous for his work at the Danish Holmegaard). Ekenas closed in 1976.
